SGOC Annual Sports Meet 2018


Swift group of colleges organized a five day Annual Sports meet in campus from 5 to 9 Feb 2017. Students as well as staff took part in the various sports activities with lots of enthusiasm in both indoor and outdoor games like Chess, Carrom, Cricket, Race, Volley Ball, Kho-Kho, Table tennis and many other games.

In the closing ceremony prize distribution was done by Dr G Munjal (President SGOC) and respected principals of all the institutes. The annual sports meet concluded with encouraging words of Dr G Munjal (President SGOC) who emphasized on the need of sports along with the regular study for the overall grooming of the students. The sports meet created fond memories with hope for new experiences in the coming years.

PMKVY Award ceremony


Under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikar Yojna, Swift group of colleges awarded telecaller and taxi driver certificates to candidates enrolled under by National skill development corporation.

Lohri Celebration at SGOC


Lohri fete was organized at Swift Group of Colleges on 12 jan 2018. Students and Staff at Swift Group of Colleges celebrated Lohri with a lot of exuberance and funfare. The students and teachers sang songs immersed in rich cultural folklore of Punjab and presented giddha and bhangra. Students of all departments patticipated in it.

Staff and Students also customized their own stalls of different games, fast food, traditional food items, soft drinks, games and many more. The day was full of fun.

Founders Day Celebration at SGOC


To mark the zeal, enthusiasm and vision of the founders of Swift Group of Colleges, Administration department of the Swift group of Colleges organized a three-day Shri Akhand Path Sahib was conducted on 16-17 and 18 December 2017, followed by bhog, Kirtan, Ardas and Guru ka Langer. Students, and staff enthusiastically participated in the Shri Akhand Path Sahib and recited Shabad and Kirtan.

The last day of the Founders day celebration culminated with serving Langer to the all. The entire Academic, non-Academic staff along with students participated in the founders day.
