Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance. It forms the core towards successful career and provides the backbone for employability. Certain professions and occupations require pre-training and able guidance for developing skills that helps in surpassing the competition. The nine major characteristics for good training & development program are:

All above factors coming together makes a success statement in this neck to neck competition.
Considering the need for today, we have come up with an idea of starting training academies for the youth under umbrella of "Swift Academy".

Swift Academy for Intellects (SAI):

It would impart training to brilliant candidates desiring for finest coaching/ training for preparation of Executive cadre examinations viz. IAS, IFS, IPS, IRS, HCS, PCS and related services.

Swift Training Academy (STA):

It would impart training to the candidates having qualifications 10th, 10+2, Graduate as applicable to the positions for recruitment in various Central & State forces viz. ITBP, CRPF, STATE POLICE, RPF, BSF, NIA and such allied services. Training will include not only for written examination but also for Physical Endurance Test (PET) so that the candidates are fully prepared & ready to be recruited & absorbed by agencies.

Swift Sports Academy (SSA):

It would promote indoor and outdoor sports among youth. Efforts shall be made to include sports/games that are listed under Olympic Games. Locally in-demand games shall be given preference.
