Its mission is to be the heartbeat of a thriving quality culture, constantly pulsing with energy and purpose. The IQAC doesn't just check boxes; it's a dedicated engine driving us forward. Its work centers on three key actions: fine-tuning every process to be better than it was yesterday, shining a light on the path to academic brilliance, and consistently finding new, smarter ways to make our work environment more effective and inspiring.

Objectives

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) will contribute to the following objectives:

Enhancing Institutional Clarity and Focus: To elevate the institution's focus on quality enhancement and facilitate the internalization of a quality culture.
Improving Integration and Best Practices: To foster greater integration and synergy among the institution's various activities and to institutionalize effective practices.
Informing Strategic Decisions: To provide a solid foundation for data-driven decision-making aimed at improving institutional functioning.
Driving Institutional Change: To serve as a catalyst for positive change within the institution.
Strengthening Internal Communication: To improve communication flow and transparency across all levels of the institution.

Timely and Progressive Performance: Ensure the timely, efficient, and progressive execution of academic, administrative, and financial tasks.
Program Relevance and Quality: Guarantee the relevance and quality of all academic and research programs offered by the institution.
Equitable Access: Promote equitable access to and affordability of academic programs for all segments of society.
Modern Teaching and Learning: Optimize and integrate contemporary teaching and learning methodologies.
Credible Evaluation: Uphold the credibility and fairness of all evaluation procedures.
Support Structure: Ensure the adequacy, proper maintenance, and effective functioning of the institution's support structures and services.
Research and Networking: Facilitate research dissemination and foster networking collaborations with other institutions, both nationally and internationally.

Functions

The IQAC is responsible for a range of functions designed to sustain and enhance institutional quality. These include:

Developing and Implementing Quality Standards: Creating and applying specific benchmarks for all academic and administrative activities.
Disseminating Quality Information: Sharing key information about the quality parameters of higher education with all stakeholders.
Promoting a Quality Culture: Organizing workshops and seminars on quality-related topics and encouraging the formation of quality circles to drive continuous improvement.
Documenting Progress: Maintaining comprehensive records of all programs and activities that lead to quality enhancement.
Serving as a Nodal Agency: Acting as the central point of contact for all quality-related activities within the institution.
Reporting to NAAC: Preparing and submitting the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC, based on established quality parameters.
