Diwali pooja was organised at Swift School of Pharmacy by Swift Institute of Management & Technology and Swift School of Pharmacy and all the other branches of SGOC was invited and participated on this auspicious occasion.

Events in October 2013
1. Fresher party was given by V Sem. students of B.Pharm. to welcome the newly admitted students to the Swift School Of Pharmacy.
2. Quiz contest conducted by Swift School Of Pharmacy. A Quiz contest (Quiz-2013) was conducted at SSP, the participants actively participated in Quiz. Total four teams- team A, team B, team C, team D were formed. The Quiz competition consist four rounds- round 1, round 2, round 3, round 4. The questions were randomly selected from various streams of pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy along with day to day general knowledge). Based upon the overall score, teams were positioned 1, 2, 3.
3. Declamation Contest was organised by SSP on the topic "Role of Pharmacy". Students delievered their lectures on the said topic for five minutes and best presentations were selected. Based upon the quality of material, presentation, overall confidence of the students. Ms. Shefali of V semester B.Pharmacy scored 1st position.
Events in September 2013
Guest lecture was delivered on the topic " API testing and CGMP by Dr. V.R. Sinha, Chairperson, UIPS, Chandigarh.
1. Teacher's day was celebrated. All the students participated in various activities and arranged wonderful party for the teachers.
2. Presentation was given by Ms. Pooja Sharma and Ms. Charanjeet Kaur on the topic "General guidelines regarding the use of Hazardous Chemicals".
